The pandemic has stretched our resources in ways unimaginable and we lament their negative impact specifically on the paper's publication.  As we work through this situation, we are releasing the digital galleys today from the September edition. This edition was completed in a timely fashion and are working with our vendors to ensure that printing will promptly resume.
