Jesus and Marginalized Book Study

Jesus and the Marginalized Book Study

Join the Jesus and the Marginalized five-session online book study led by the Rev. David-Kim-Cragg as they explore the meaning of Jesus for Koreans in The United Church of Canada, from the perspective of marginality in the Canadian context.

Jesus and the Marginalized examines how Koreans have been empowered by Christ to live prophetically in the liminal situation of marginalization and offers an important experience in contextual theology for Christians of any ethno-cultural background.

This book study runs every Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. Eastern time for five weeks, from October 26 to November 23. Sign up for this book study.

Teetering on the Brink of a Global Hunger Crisis

Hands passing a loaf of bread

Right now, more than 50,000,000 people are facing starvation―almost twice as many as in 2019. As we teeter on the brink of a global hunger crisis, your generosity through Mission & Service has never been more needed. Especially on World Food Day.
