Women for Change Builds Climate Resiliency

An educational slide prepared by Women for Change shows their community-based work to develop climate resiliency.

Women for Change was established in 1992 in Zambia. Its long-standing partnership with the United Church stretches back to 1995. From the beginning, mobilizing communities to share ideas and best practices has been at the forefront of the work of Women for Change. Now, one of the key areas of work supported through Mission & Service is building climate resiliency, because women bear the brunt of climate change. Your gifts through Mission & Service support long-term, life-changing work through committed partners like Women for Change.
