Ensuring your emotional well-being is an important aspect of wholeness. During Mental Health Awareness Month, know that you are not alone, and help is available for feelings of isolation, stress, anxiety, and depression. Through September 30, 2020, the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is offering up to 10 free, private counseling sessions for Medical Plan members, their families, and anyone who lives with them.
