You're receiving this message because you've attended one of several Montreat Conferences in which Laura Mariko Cheifetz and/or Jessica Vazquez Torres have provided a key leadership role. They have contributed faithfully and tirelessly to DisGrace (2016), Crossroads Anti-Racism Training (2018), CoInspire (2019), and Fraught & Flummoxed (2023). They are part of the family at Montreat, and they are in need of family support now as they suffer the loss of their possessions and their two beloved dogs in a house fire last week.
Both Laura and Jessica are fearless givers of time and personal perspective to each project they encounter.
