Rev. Dr. Gloria Tate Retires The Rev. Dr. Gloria J. Tate was ordained in 1977 and was installed as pastor of Immanuel Presbyterian Church in Indianapolis. Retirement Rev. Dr. Bob Stebe is honorably retired by The Presbytery of The Cascades after 39 years of ordained ministry and many years of youth ministry prior to ordination. Memorial for Kent Organ Kent Marcus Organ, 83, Chicago, died on June 18, 2022, of COVID pneumonia. Platinum Jubilee Celebration for SBPC in Houston TX This is the Platinum Jubilee year for Spring Branch Pres in Houston, Texas – our 70th birthday of the church. Not only that, it is the 70th birthday of our Boy Scout Troop #478. Plus, it is the 50th birthday of the Spring Branch Presbyterian Academy Day Care (celebration delayed due to COVID). Change of Call Mike Wakeland has accepted a call to be the first installed pastor of Xenia United Presbyterian Church, Xenia, Ohio. Rev. TJ Remaley installed as pastor The Presbytery of Boise and Southminster Presbyterian Church of Boise, Idaho, gathered for a service of worship on Sunday, June 19, 2022, to give glory to God and celebrate the installation of the Rev.
