Kenyan churches help with COVID-19 vaccinations | NAIROBI, Kenya (UM News) — Challenged by reluctance to accept the COVID-19 vaccine, United Methodist churches in Kenya launched a campaign to dismantle stigma and distrust. A joint effort by Christian, Hindu and Muslim faith groups has resulted in more than 1,000 people receiving vaccinations since December 2021.
