These have been adapted from "The general safe business practices that all businesses must follow as they reopen" from WV & OH:
- Requiring face coverings for all employees and recommending them for visitors
- Stay at home order for anyone displaying symptoms of illness
- Maintaining good hygiene at all times such as hand washing and social distancing (6 ft. distance minimum)
- Cleaning and sanitizing workplaces after visitors and at the close of office hours
- Limiting capacity to meet social distancing guidelines.
We ask that committees meeting person to person in the building comply with the social distancing requirements. Committees that cannot comply with these mandates please continue to meet virtually, via Zoom. You can contact the office for help in setting up virtual meetings.
The Leadership Commission is also asking Committees of UOVP to schedule at least one virtual meeting via Zoom during the course of this calendar year. We would like all our committees to be able to function and to be prepared in case of another incidence like this pandemic.
Thank you,
UOVP Leadership Commission
