News Corner

Thinking about making a trip to the mountains? By planning your own Spring Sabbath Getaway in Assembly Inn, you can take time for rest, study, prayer, or to simply enjoy God's beautiful creation! Reservations require a two-night minimum stay and can be made for any time between March 15th and April 28th. Learn more.

The priority deadline for Small Group Leader applications is quickly approaching! If you've ever considered working with youth or would like to get more involved with Montreat Youth Conference or Middle School Conference, submit your application today. Read answers to commonly asked questions (and learn about special perks) here or submit an application on our website.

Clubs and Childcare registration for the 2024 summer season will open for everyone on March 4, 2024. These programs provide recreation and fellowship opportunities for children of conferees, local residents, vacationers, and visitors. Spaces tend to fill up quickly, so pre-registration is strongly encouraged! Find out more about the program or register your child on our website.

We have several new and exciting track options available during Discovering Renewal. Explore nearby streams and rivers in our fly fishing track, imagine whole new worlds in our tabletop gaming track, or take it easy and enjoy all that Montreat has to offer during our Sabbath track. Find out more about this conference and all available offerings here.

The Arts, Recreation, and Worship Conference, hosted in partnership with Re:Create, gives you the opportunity to play, create, sing, and dance with church leaders from all over the country as you learn how to implement elements of creative worship in your own congregations. Registration is currently open on Re:Create's website.

Individual registration is now available during week 6 of Montreat Youth Conference. This opportunity is perfect for youth who are not a part of a youth group or for small churches who only have one or two youth interested in attending. Individual rates include housing, meals, and the conference fee. Plus, chaperones are provided. Find out more.

Expand your skills, connect with friends and colleagues, and experience the joy of making music together during Worship & Music Conference! Music lovers of all ages and skill levels are invited to attend. Please note that conference registration is completed through the Presbyterian Association of Musicians website and housing reservations are made on Montreat's website.

Make a visit to Moore Center! The Huckleberry is open Tues.-Thur. 8:00 am-3:00 pm, Fri.-Sat. 8:00 am-6:00 pm, and is closed Sun.-Mon. View the menu here. Meanwhile, The Montreat Store is open Mon.-Sat. 10:00 am-5:00 pm. Have a question about purchasing an item? Call the store at 828.669.5298.
