Dive into Black History Month with Mandimby's Journey

Black History Month with Mamdimby

Young Malagasy adventurer Mandimby Rakotondramboa, deeply connected to his Afro-descendant heritage, journeys north, trading the familiar shores of Madagascar for the snowy landscapes of Canada. Dive into his story in this week's Black History Month blog, and challenge your perceptions as he explores identity, adaptation, and the celebration of diversity.

The United Church Bookstore: Join the Lenten Study!

Act/Fast Lenten Study with Rev. Stephen Fetter

Are you looking for a meaningful way to observe Lent this year? Join the Lenten Study starting on February 20, 2024.

In this six-week series, join the Rev. Stephen Fetter and people from across the country to explore devotional readings from Act/Fast: Spiritual Practices for a Climate in Crisis, the new devotional study book from United Church Publishing House. Listen to each devotion’s author read the passage aloud and hear nuances that can only be communicated by the spoken voice. Push deeper than the words on the page—both with the author and with each other—and explore how each devotion invites us into deeper spirituality and more daring discipleship. Register today

Bonus: Those who enroll in the course will also receive a coupon for 15% off the cost of the book from the United Church Bookstore
