As we enter a new year, it is a perfect time to reflect on everything that took place in 2022! We encourage you to take a moment to check out Montreat Conference Center's Annual Report which is now available on our website here! We are now accepting Summer Staff applications for the 2023 season! By spending the summer at Montreat, staffers gain valuable job experience and get to enjoy life in our close-knit mountain community. If you know a college student or young adult looking for a summer job, please encourage them to apply here! Youth leaders and campus ministers! Do you have former students who attended Youth Conference or College Conference in the past, but have since aged out of your group? The Manna Retreat is a brand new conference which offers young adults (roughly 22-32) the opportunity to experience Montreat just like they used to. (Think meaningful worship, small groups, and lots of fun!) Learn more about bringing a group or encouraging those individuals to attend on our website. Are you trying to become a Matthew 25 congregation? Gather tools, resources, and find support for conversations on anti-racism during Fraught & Flummoxed. Don't wait to register! This conference will take place January 30–February 2, 2023. Learn more. Start gathering your groups! Registration for Women's Connection opens on February 1. In addition to our keynote speaker Kate Bowler, we will welcome many other engaging leaders during this conference led by women, for women. Find out more. Arts, Recreation, and Worship is a conference designed for those who want to deepen their creativity, broaden their leadership skills, and experience personal spiritual renewal. Choose from a wide range of courses and workshops as we explore recreation, worship, community, creativity, and the arts. Learn more. If you are interested in serving as a Small Group Leader for Montreat Youth Conference or Middle School Conference, we have exciting news! Applications will open on January 9!
