We've Got You Covered! Montreat Conference Center is currently accepting applications for its 2025 Summer Staff! - Each summer, Montreat Conference Center employs over 100 college-aged young adults to help keep things running smoothly during our busiest season. These young people not only gain practical work experience as they spend the summer in our small valley town, they also form a close-knit community among their peers as they live, work, and play together. Applications are currently open! Submit yours by January 15, 2025 for top consideration.

Meaningful Work, New Experiences - Montreat offers a range of summer employment opportunities that appeal to multiple interests and fields of study. Examples of available jobs include: audio/visual production crew, childcare/Clubs program counselors, facilities crew, wilderness rangers, recreation staff, arts & pottery staff, and several office positions.
