Child Care and Youth Program at the 2023 Biennial Mission Summit

American Baptist Churches USA greatly appreciates Palmer Theological Seminary at Eastern University for their sponsorship of the Child Care and Youth Program at the 2023 Biennial Mission Summit. Their support allows us to offer quality care and programming for a reasonable fee throughout the weekend. The maximum amount you will pay for one child is $40 per day. Learn more about the program below, or view the registration form here.   One certified teacher will be assigned to each age group. Volunteers from local churches will provide additional staff. All classes will have similar activities and schedule during the morning session. Parents of children 5 years and older have the option to have their child either spend the entire day at the Convention Center or participate in the afternoon program that includes tours or trips in the local area. Transportation to and from local tours will be provided by local churches. For your child’s safety we request that all youth wear closed-toe shoes/sneakers each day, flip flops/sandals are discouraged.   Baby/Toddler Care, Child Care and Youth Programming is available each day beginning at 8:30 AM and ending at 5:00 PM. All registered children will receive snacks and lunch each day. Evening Care during the Worshipful Work and Worship Sessions is available for babies and toddlers only beginning at 7:00 PM and ending at 9:15 PM.
