New prescription ID cards from Express Scripts

Effective January 1, 2021, Express Scripts is the new pharmacy benefits manager for the prescription drug program for those with medical coverage through the Board of Pensions. A second set of welcome packages has been sent from Express Scripts with a new ID card. If you receive two sets of cards, you can keep the duplicates for you and any covered family members to use or simply destroy them. If you have not yet received your welcome package, you can register and log on to the Express Scripts website to download and print an ID card. You can also use the Express Scripts mobile app to access a virtual ID card. Or, call Express Scripts at 800-344-3896 to request a new card. Retired members should call 877-856-4694.

Expanded access to assistance grants
