Next Thursday, June 8, at 5:00 p.m. edt, gather with the whole PPF community on Zoom to celebrate Lucy Waechter Web.
We'll gather for a Happy Hour to say thank you for all of Lucy's incredible work as our digital organizing and communications director. Join the community in expressing our deep appreciation for Lucy's wisdom, intelligence, creativity, and dedication to the work of abolishing systems of violence and building up a more just and peaceful world!
In addition to an opportunity to express our gratitude in community, Lucy has also offered to share a bit about her emerging somatics coaching practice, and, in particular, how that work intersects with the work of organizing for justice and peace.
There are lots of ways to say thank you, and one of them is to give. In this case, Lucy has asked that we express our gratitude through gifts supporting The Embodiment Institute, specifically the Black Embodiment Initiative (donation page).
We’re imagining next Thursday afternoon as Happy Hour, so bring your favorite summer drink and lift a glass to Lucy! Toasts and stories welcome.
