The Assembly has today published six short videos explaining Christian faith and mission as understood and practiced across the Uniting Church. The series, produced and introduced by Dr Craig Mitchell, is told in the voices of women and men, lay and ordained in a range of ministries.
Assembly President Dr Deidre Palmer and the Moderators of the six Synods have been reflecting on the challenges to the Church over the last few months and their hopes for the future.

The Assembly Standing Committee met online on 18-19 July 2020. Among other business, the UCA's national governing body received reports of the Church's response to COVID19 and arrangements for the 16th Assembly meeting in 2021.
The Assembly is partnering with the Nobel Peace Prize-winning International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons to host an online interfaith service on 6 August, 75 years since the nuclear attacks on Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
