So much gratitude

Thank you for joining Peace Camp!
Thank you to everyone who helped make Peace Camp possible: to everyone who participated by showing up, to everyone who made a video for the Peace Breakfast or led a teach-in, to everyone who shared it with their friends, and to the team who made it happen. Although it was not a typical camp experience--there were no lakes or s’mores, but there was a campfire!--it was ten days full of learning, prayer, action, and connection. Thank you.

This email contains links to upcoming opportunities to stay connected as well as two “asks” of you right now.

The devotionals, teach-ins, Peace Breakfast, and links to worship resources are now available on our website so you can easily access them and continue learning about how to support Native sovereignty and human rights, divestment from fossil fuels and the police, family leave as a justice issue, gun violence prevention, and more.

Our first ask: Would you support PPF with a monthly donation? Sustaining donors--we call them PeaceLeaders-- make it possible for PPF to do things like Peace Camp. 10 days of devotionals & teach-ins are not free, even if they’re virtual! Your support means ongoing opportunities for learning, action, and community building.
Much of the Peace Camp planning team says THANK YOU!!
If you’re already a monthly giver, thank you. If you aren’t, could you give $5 or $10 or even $30 a month? If every person who registered for Peace Camp gave $20 a month it would be $103,000 (about half our annual budget)! We know some can give more and some less, and gifts of all sizes come together to make a big difference. Donate today!

Our second ask: If you participated in any part of Peace Camp, please let us know what you thought by taking 5-10 minutes to fill out this evaluation. Your feedback is important to us and truly helps shape future events.

We feel so full after Peace Camp! It was wonderful to gather round the fire--and screen--with you to learn, pray, and build community virtually. We look forward to continuing to connect and act together to divest from fossil fuelsdefund the police, and more.

We hope you’ll stay connected! We have lots of virtual events coming up the rest of the summer into the fall - to learn, share, discuss, connect, and take action together. If there are other ways you want to stay involved, please email Emily at emily@presbypeacefellowship.org.
