Four tips to stay motivated and answer the Call to Health

Spring is just around the corner and it's the perfect time to answer the Call to Health. When you do, you’re taking steps toward being your best in all aspects of life.

Here are four tips to help you stay motivated on your well-being journey:

Mix it up. The Call to Health website offers dozens of activities. Top Picks for You and My Choice activities are recommended for you based on your past participation. To add variety, scroll down to Other Things to Do and try an activity that’s outside your comfort zone.
Participate with your spouse. If your spouse has medical coverage through the Board of Pensions, he or she can answer the call with you. You can enjoy new things together and encourage each other to make — and stick with — positive changes.
Get support with Ignite Your Life coachingParticipate in webinar-based programs on topics such as Live Empowered, Dream Big, and Be a Change-Maker, or connect with a coach one-on-one to create a plan that’s customized for you.
Stay focused on the ultimate goal. Call to Health encourages you to work toward wholeness by focusing on spiritual, health, financial, and vocational well-being. When these aspects of our lives are in balance, we become our best selves and are better able to serve others.
New challenges are now underway, with more to come mid-April, so log on and answer the call today!

Reminder
Except for your preventive exam, you must record completed challenges within two weeks.

“Wow! Now that I have found and learned how to use the Call to Health app, I have become a Call to Health pro! I get such a boost out of setting goals and then tracking my success. I’m well on my way to better back health, one of my major areas of concern, and learning all kinds of cool tools from the webinars. Thanks for all the great info and inspiration.”
