These are just a few of the gifts awaiting women who attend the ABCUSA Women in Ministry Brunch, co-hosted by American Baptist Churches USA and the American Baptist Churches of Wisconsin, on Saturday, August 15, at Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church in Milwaukee. Featuring keynote speaker Dr. Pamela R. Durso, President of Central Seminary, this gathering promises to be a meaningful time together. Registration closes August 7. Durso is a respected pastor, educator, and leader whose ministry spans theological education, denominational leadership, and local church service. She currently serves as President and Professor of Historical Theology at Central Baptist Theological Seminary and has dedicated her career to equipping leaders for faithful and transformative ministry. Dr. Durso has also served in key leadership roles within Baptist life, including with Baptist Women in Ministry, where she championed the call and leadership of women in ministry. A gifted speaker, mentor, and advocate for justice and inclusion, she continues to inspire churches and communities through her commitment to theological education, spiritual formation, and compassionate leadership.
