It's Not Montreat Without You: How can Montreat become part of your summer? - Are you considering attending Montreat Youth Conference, but haven’t registered yet? We really hope that you and your group will be able to attend! Whether you are still organizing your group, firming up housing, or waiting for youth to pay their deposits, we wanted to let you know that we are always here to help in any way that we can. Below, we have gone ahead and collected answers to a few of the most common questions we receive. We hope you will find them helpful you navigate the registration process!
Finding Housing - Figuring out where you will stay is one of the most frequent concerns we hear about. While conference center housing is limited, there are a variety of private rental options in the area for you to explore. Our private housing list details various amenities and outlines availability to help make the rental process easier for group leaders to navigate. Costs and Scholarships - Are you concerned about the cost of attending? We strive to make Montreat Youth Conference available to all who wish to participate. If cost is a concern, we have a limited number of scholarships available for those in need of financial assistance. All scholarship applications can now be submitted quickly and easily using the online form linked below.

Navigating Transition - Youth ministry is already hard enough without having to navigate the unexpected. As a way of offering support, we’ve collected a few suggestions meant to help address changes in leadership, lower attendance, or dynamic shifts within your group.

We have all sorts of printable and digital resources (including logos, social media images, and flyers) to help you promote this year’s event.
