Gift a conference this holiday season |
|
2020 has been a tough year and we missed many of our our favorite conferences. We have a lot to make up for in 2021 and an upcoming conference could be the perfect gift this holiday season! |
|
Here are a few highlights for 2021! |
|
Discovering Renewal April 5-8, 2021 |
Our culture values hard work over rest. Burnout is rampant. Our jobs, obligations, and churches often expect us to work relentlessly. Hard work is good, but is it our ultimate goal? We often preach about the importance of Sabbath, but how often do we take our own advice? We need time to breathe, think, and engage our senses. We may need to discover the feeling of renewal. Discovering Renewal will focus on seeking respite in everyday experiences.

Arts, Recreation & Worship May 3-8, 2021 |
ARW is a week-long experiential opportunity amongst a community where all are welcome! The event focuses on recreation, worship, community, creativity and the arts. It is designed for those who want to deepen their creativity, broaden their leadership skills and experience personal spiritual renewal. In addition to whole group worship and recreation events, participants select from a wide range of unique courses.

Women's Connection August 13-15, 2021 |
As people of faith who seek to be Jesus’ disciples, we are shaped by words and seek to understand them, hear them, and do them. The words of scripture will play a prominent role in this Women’s Connection as participants will engage in a dialogue with scripture.

Fall Craft Week September 26-October 1, 2021 |
Our goal is to bring people together as a community of artists working with our hands with natural materials, led by skilled leaders, offering time for creating, worship, singing, and quiet contemplation of these beautiful mountains, and building relationships through the arts, as we learn about ourselves and each other through the power of craft. Join us as we explore our creative, artistic spirits through writing, pottery, jewelry, fabric arts, Appalachian basketry, dulcimers, photography and stained glass!
