This is an excellent opportunity to get a jump start on sermon preparation for Lent. Come join a community of learners led by faculty members, Dr. Samuel Adams and Dr. Richard Voelz. Together, the group will explore the challenges and opportunities of preaching the Old Testament for a changing church. And as the Lenten season will soon follow this workshop, a dive into the Revised Common Lectionary’s Old Testament texts will occur for this day and time in the church’s life.
