Each summer, as the sun rises over the mountains, the Town of Montreat comes alive with the sounds of laughter and conversation as hundreds of youth make their way to Anderson Auditorium. Once there, these youth will hear from prominent faith leaders, join together in song, and even do an energizer or two as part of Montreat Youth Conference, our flagship event for high school youth. For those in attendance, Montreat is more than a week away from home: It is a place where they can truly be themselves, explore what they believe, and encounter God in new, authentic ways… READ THE FULL ARTICLE NEWS & ANNOUNCEMENTS New Youth Track During Fall Craft Week We are excited to now offer a space for teens during Fall Craft Week! Led by Lynn Turnage and Sophie Manness, this new track will invite youth to create a one-of-a-kind mosaic mirror while enjoying a week in the mountains. Calling All Youth Workers Experiencing Burnout Church professionals who work with youth or young adults are invited to join us this April for Discovering Renewal! Scheduled conveniently right after Easter, this retreat allows you to take time for rest and renewal following one of the church’s busiest seasons. Explore activity tracks like hiking, baking, visual diary, board games, and more on our website.
