Our Summer Staff help things at the conference center run smoothly during some of our busiest months. Remaining Employment Opportunities - Ideal for Teachers: We have three supervisory roles that are currently open in our Clubs and Childcare Department. Specifically, we are looking for a Clubs Crafts Supervisor, Special Needs Supervisor, and a Director for Young Children. These positions are great for teachers that are off for the summer or local adults looking for seasonal employment. Plus, dependent children of these employees will be able to participate in Clubs programming for free. Ideal for College Students: We have a few positions remaining for young adults interested in working as Clubs or Childcare Counselors or as a Facilities Coordinator or Crew Member. College credit may be available for some positions depending on your college or university’s requirements. Housing is available with these positions for small fee. Ideal for High School Students: We are hiring multiple Waterfront Lifeguards to supervise activity at the Montreat pool and on Lake Susan. These positions are paid an hourly rate of $14.50/hr.
